As a member and instructor at our YMCA since 2006, the Y has been an integral part of my daily life.
I try to help people live their best lives. Physical well being is an important component to a healthy and joyful life.
It is very rewarding to witness the improvement of movement, strength and overall well-being of clients.
Every time I see that smile of satisfaction and empowerment it fills me with a sense of joy.
