Shante's Approach
My goal is to help clients focus on celebrating who they are in the moment while also pushing to be a better version of themselves. A positive mind frame throughout the journey is as important as the physical transformation. As someone who has personally lost 5 female family members (under the age of 60) due to health related issues, I am very passionate about living, teaching, and helping others create a healthy lifestyle. I am very thankful to have found a career that allows me to help motivate, guide, and encourage others to do the same.
