Sherry Tiaba, 2020 Recipient of the YMCA Volunteer Service Award for the YMCA of South Hampton Roads


Sherry Tiaba has been part of the Mt. Trashmore Family YMCA board for many years. In 2020, Sherry took on the role as the board chair. In her time, Sherry has given her time and talent to the Y. She has sourced over $16,000 in community support in 2020. She has also donated her time to Togetherhood projects, coat drives, and call nights. Sherry's commitment to the Y does not go unnoticed.
