March Fitness Challenge

Challenges are a great way to stay motivated to get up and move! Sign up today for the March challenge in the YMCA app to help you do just that—burn an average of 100 calories from March 1–23 to earn bragging rights! Track your activity in the app to see your name creep to the top of the monthly gym rankings (located in the app) and claim your victory.
Tips for a successful challenge:
- Register through the app! Go to the My YMCA tab on the app, scroll down to challenges, and tap Join.
- Log your activity—no matter what it is! (Here's how) It is a misconception that you have to log a "traditional workout" to burn calories. Did you garden today? Track it in the app! How about carrying groceries? Track it in the app!
