WHAT IS STAFF GIVING?
Staff giving is an integral component of Y philanthropy and supports the Y programs and initiatives that are not covered by membership and program revenue.
When you support the YMCA of South Hampton Roads, you help us respond to the critical issues facing our community and strengthen the foundations of our community.
WHY SHOULD YMCA STAFF GIVE?
When full and part-time staff give, it unites us and allows us to provide life-changing programs to meet the needs of the communities we serve.
Staff giving inspires others to give and support our efforts to positively impact our community. The more philanthropic support we receive, the greater our impact we can have on the people we serve.

WHEN CAN STAFF GIVE?
Staff can choose to give anytime throughout the year. Every day is a great day to give! We celebrate and encourage our staff to give for the upcoming year in the month of November.

The easiest way to give is to fill out the pledge form here.

Giving forms will also be available at all Centers. Please return these forms to the Executive Director at your Center or the Financial Development office.
