Hi! I am Suzanne. I have been teaching yoga for 16 years, with over 900 hours of training; 60 of them in therapeutics. I got my Strength and Conditioning Certification last year and am currently studying for the National Academy of Sports Medicine Personal Trainer Certification. I enjoy helping people improve functional movement, stability and flexibility. I am very alignment and safety oriented. Over the years, I have worked with various populations, including Active Older Adults, pre and postnatal clients, athletes looking to improve flexibility and prevent injury, and many people who know adding flexibility to their workouts will help.
