COFFEE MEETS COMMUNITY
The Block Community Cafe is a teen initiative, where the basics of business, customer service, responsibility and entrepreneurship are practiced, starting with your favorite morning beverages. Made possible by grant and donor funding, teen attendants power this community cafe, and proceeds will provide additional opportunities for them to continue developing their leadership and life skills through YMCA programs.
Starting with hot and cold beverages, our teens will research and plan for seasonal menu and hours expansions.

Monday–Thursday • 6:30am–9:30am
*The Block is a cashless establishment. We accept credit cards and mobile tap-to-pay.
MENU
The Block is a permitted food establishment operated by young people in our Y, serving coffee Monday through Thursday mornings. Our teen cafe attendants will serve our community, manage inventory, reconcile their sales, grow their menu seasonally, and research expanding hours. Plus, every coffee purchase directly supports teen programming at the Y.
