Volunteer Leadership Summit

Join us on January 30th for an afternoon dedicated to strengthening and celebrating volunteer leadership at the Y. This special gathering will include Center Advisory Board Chair Training and our association-wide Volunteer Leadership Summit.

All sessions are designed to inform, equip, and connect our Center Advisory Board leaders. We’ll align around mission and impact, build relationships, and ensure every advisory board member feels prepared and supported in their role as we work to strengthen our communities.

Which event(s) will you attend?
This focused session is designed to support and equip our board leaders. It will provide clarity around roles, responsibilities, and best practices while offering practical tools to guide your board with confidence. It’s also an opportunity to connect with fellow chairs, share insights, and strengthen the leadership foundation that helps our centers succeed. Ideal for: New or returning Center Advisory Board Chairs and Vice Chairs.
This summit brings together dedicated Center Advisory Board volunteers from across our association to explore the Y’s strategic direction, deepen understanding of board roles and responsibilities, and build strong connections within our leadership community. Together, we’ll celebrate the power of volunteer service and ensure our boards are equipped to champion the Y with purpose and passion. Ideal for: All Center Advisory Board members.
