Did you know that our CEO started as a part-time summer camp counselor? When you work for the Y, you can stay for a summer or make it a lifelong career. Many on our leadership team got their start part time at the Y and with opportunities to cross train, you don't just have to stay where you start—you could keep members safe in the water by being a lifeguard, support the development of kids and teens after school and welcome members to the Y, all in the same week!
