Bethany's Approach

I began doing CrossFit in 2014 and continue to incorporate high intensity workouts and Olympic lifting in my schedule. I love what lifting weights and practicing yoga do for me and am passionate about helping others find strength and healing through these practices as well. I look forward to continue assisting health-seeking people tailor their own exercise regimen to achieve goals and find their own perfect balance in the gym.
