Chloe's Philosophy

Chloe Barnes has been a Certified Personal Trainer for the last four years working in both mega gyms and smaller personal training studios. She aims to help clients become the best version of themselves, mind, body, and soul. She enjoys training with HIIT circuits, mobility stretching, free weights, machines, or a barbell. Chloe loves to empower clients to reach their fitness goals by letting them uncover the amazing ability their own body has outside their comfort zone; to become a master of themselves throughout their health journey.
