Clinton's Approach

I've enjoyed fitness for years, but over the last several years I have grown increasingly more passionate about wellness. I believe that health and well being are paramount to our wholeness as individuals. My background in nursing and ministry has given me a unique perspective and approach to fitness. I do not believe goals are simply something we set, but something we can all reach. My greatest joy as a trainer has been to see members do things that they previously considered "impossible", to see the confidence and joy that fills their life as they conquer individual goals throughout their fitness journey.
