The YMCA strives to make access available to all, regardless of income or financial situation. The Open Doors financial assistance program provides income-based subsidies and the application can be completed online. Our team will review and process your application in two days or less.
An additional way to receive financial support for child care is to apply and participate in the State of Virginia’s Child Care Subsidy Program offering income-based financial assistance. The Department of Education would receive and process your application, communicating with the Y on approved discounts.
