Helene's Philosophy

I love individualizing training programs to meet clients specific fitness goals (weight loss, strength development, flexibility, injury rehabilitation, cognitive challenges, and balance). Always adapting and modifying for various fitness and age levels as well as medical limitations. Educating, motivating, supporting, empowering my clients to reach their goal is my primary objective. Oh, did I mention having fun while doing all of the above!
