Jeffery D | Personal Trainer
Jeffery's Philosophy
I’m Jeffery DePriest—a proud native of Hampton Roads. I’m a graduate of Cox High School and Old Dominion University, and I proudly served in the U.S. Air Force, with my final station right here at Langley AFB.
My mission is simple: help people take control of their health, build lasting strength, and live with confidence. I’m a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer who blends military discipline with a deeply personal, communicative approach to fitness.
I use my experience and passion to help clients build not just physical strength, but confidence from the inside out. I believe everyone—regardless of background, body type, or fitness level—carries insecurities. Training isn’t just about lifting weights or pushing limits. It’s about building trust, communicating honestly, and tailoring a journey that respects your mindset, your lifestyle, and your goals.
I don’t just listen—I hear you.
I became a trainer to help people understand something powerful: exercise isn’t just a hobby or routine—it’s a lifestyle shift. A foundation for lasting physical and mental transformation.
Whether you’re experienced or a novice to exercise, most people walk into the gym carrying doubts and insecurities. My job is to help you push past those barriers and uncover clarity, confidence, and control. I don’t just train your body; I help reshape your mindset. My coaching is about listening, understanding your lifestyle, and building a fitness plan that works for you.
Exercise isn’t a task—it’s a turning point. It’s not just about sets and reps, but about transformation: physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m here to coach that full journey.
