Kelly's Approach

"Squats are like life. It’s about standing up when something heavy tries to keep you down.” One of my goals as a trainer is to transform people’s ideas about fitness and nutrition from something they feel like they “should do” into something they look forward to doing. I believe strength training is one of the most important things we can do for ourselves, and I will put a barbell, dumbbell, or kettlebell in the hands of anyone who will let me, especially women, who all too often underestimate their strength.
