Jimmy's Philosophy
My name is Jim “Jimmy” Harris and I am excited to help you execute your health and fitness goals. I have been involved at the YMCA as a youth playing sports which came full circle as a coach and volunteer guiding and mentoring our youth and my child in the same sports. Eating right and staying fit is a core principle of mine so nutrition and personal training was a natural fit as a second career. I am excited about motivating and educating you about the importance of nutrition, staying fit and leading a healthy lifestyle. My goal is to provide personalized training programs for all levels by focusing on building confidence and autonomy while achieving individual goals.
