I believe fitness is a powerful tool that nurtures both the body and mind, helping us become healthier, stronger, and more resilient. With a lifelong background in diverse fitness disciplines—from martial arts to team sports—I've come to see fitness as something that truly can be welcoming and accessible to everyone.Over the years, I've earned a third-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do, competed on the U.S. Naval Academy’s Ju-Jitsu team, and served as a member of the Norfolk State NROTC.
