Jon's Philosophy

I believe fitness is how you live your life, not a short-term fix.  I don't want to push my clients to reach short-term goals but to help give them the skills to change their lives going forward.  I got into fitness at 40 to get into better health for my son, it made me feel so much better mentally and physically. After experiencing  that I wanted to help others along that journey as a career.
