First Timers | REGYMEN Fitness

Trying REGYMEN fitness for the first time? Here's what you should know.

We want to make sure that you’re set up for success. 

You should arrive to your first REGYMEN workout 30 minutes in advance with a water bottle and a towel. This will give us time to talk with you, get you set up with a Myzone heart rate demo belt, make sure you’re familiar with the equipment in the room, and the flow of the workout. 

Each workout is your own. Our coaches will coach you through different zones, but you’re always working at your own pace whether you’re new to fitness or an elite athlete. Coaches are personal trainers who will show you every exercise and help guide you to correct form. 

Every workout is different, which means you’ll learn something new every single time you step foot in that studio. By creating variety, you’ll keep your body guessing busting through plateaus and ending workout boredom.

At the end of each workout, the coach will stretch everyone out while they bring up the workout summary screen. They will go over all the information your heart rate monitor recorded during the workout. You will be able to see how many calories burned, how long you spent in different zones, and how hard your heart worked throughout the workout. After that, it’s time to sign up for your next workout!
